This license agreement permits you to install and use the Software on any single device at one time provided that the Software is installed on only one device at a time.

Modification, reverse engineering, reverse compiling, or disassembly of this Software is expressly prohibited. You hereby agree not to rent, lease, sub-license, sell, or create copies of the Software. You may not create derivative works based on the Software. You hereby agree not to transfer your rights on this Software to another individual or entity.

You hereby agree that this Software will not be used alongside or in conjunction with any other software in such a way that violates the policy or terms and conditions of the poker room on which it is being used. This may include, but is not limited to, add-on software that reads MagicHoldem's advice and/or odds in order to automatically play the game.

All the titles, information and data provided by or through the Software are owned by MagicHoldem and protected by international copyright laws of MagicHoldem.

You expressly agree that use of this Software is at your own risk. No warranty, representation, condition, undertaking or term expressed or implied including but not limited to the condition, quality, performance, accuracy, reliability, is given or assumed by MagicHoldem™ All such warranties, representations, conditions, undertakings and terms are hereby excluded. MagicHoldem™ makes no warranty that this Software will meet your requirements regarding any numbers, odds or other data or information generated or to be generated by this Software, including calculators and other tools.

Moreover, you expressly agree that you will only use this Software, or allow this Software to be used, in a way that fully complies with all applicable law.

In no event will MagicHoldem™ be liable to any user of this Software or other party affected by the Software for any damages arising out of the use of this Software, including without limitation any losses, lost revenue or reduction of profits, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

Under no circumstances will MagicHoldem's liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the price paid by you for this Software.

All sales are final.

The user hereby acquires only the right to use this Software and in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where it is being used.

The user hereby agrees that the Software may automatically check for upgrades and improvements while being used online.

MagicHoldem is committing to grant its paying user a lifetime license to use MagicHoldem according to the specified user selection at the order page within less than 48 hours since the money transaction has been approved by the third party payment system.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar without regard to the principles of conflict of laws. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.

This agreement is subject to change without notice and MagicHoldem™ is not obliged to notify or contact the End User when changes are made.
