First, please verify your computer to make sure MagicHoldem
is added as an exception to your Internet Firewall & Anti-Virus settings.
Note: If changes are made to the Firewall & Anti-Virus
settings, please re-start your computer to updated theses changes.

is the Main Calculator not displaying the Stats Percentage correctly? Why is a

| If you have a different language set on your computer and the
regional settings on your windows operating system in which number 11.1 is
displayed as 11,1, then our calculator will display 11,1% stats percentage on
MagicHoldem calculator monitors. To view the number, dates etc in standard
format you will need to change the setting to English(United states) |

do I unblock MagicHoldem from my Internet Security program or Firewall?
|
There are numerous Internet security, firewall and Anti-virus programs
available, so it's best that you first check the documentation for your
particular software.

| I
am receiving Runtime Errors when running MagicHoldem.What can I do?
|
MagicHoldem might require you to have Visual
Basic 6.0 runtime on your computer. If you are receiving this error, please
download & install the
Visual Basic 6.0 runtime library.
Note: We currently do not support Windows 64 Bit Operating System for Vista, XP
or 2000.

there any special Poker Room or Windows Vista Settings for MagicHoldem to work
on my computer?

Yes, please see our Poker Rooms Settings & Troubleshooting section
and verify both our Poker Rooms and Windows settings for MagicHoldem
to work on your computer.
Due to some Windows Vista enhanced security features, MagicHoldem
can have trouble reading the screen at some poker rooms. Please make sure you
verify your Windows Vista setting and run the application as administrator and
disable the UAC (User Account Control) in Vista.
Note: Please exit from MagicHoldem and re-launch after applying these settings.

MAGICHOLDEM AGAIN. Instead, first download and run our MagicHoldem Application
Checking tool. This tool is safe, easy to run and will help us better

| Can
I use MagicHoldem on more than 1 computer?
|
MagicHoldem is initially
designed as a 'Per Computer' dedicated software. It is technically impossible
to use one license/trial on more than one machine. See
Terms and Conditions for additional information.
NOTE: It is possible to switch your license to a new computer. Send us
both your existing MagicHoldem Activation Code, download MagicHoldem on your
new computer and send us the new download Activation Code as well.
To get your Activation Code, simply launch the MagicHoldem application and look
for the MagicHoldem Lamp Icon in the Task Manager (near the Windows Clock),
right Click on the icon and Select 'Get Activation Code'. Send to:

| Does
MagicHoldem support Multiple Table play?
|
Yes, MagicHoldem also supports
Multiple Table play! Each poker room table must be on a different window and
set to default size. MagicHoldem's menu and monitor will load on the front of
the most active table - there should be no overlay.
Note: MagicHoldem does not support Multiple Table play when tables are
appearing in a Single window.

can I uninstall MagicHoldem?
|
To uninstall MagicHoldem, please follow these steps.
1. Click the Start button in your Windows taskbar.
2. Go to Programs > MagicHoldem > Uninstall MagicHoldem Calculator.
3. Click Yes.
