Does MagicHoldem support Mac OS?
No. We don’t offer a version that for the Mac.
I verified my settings but my calculator still doesn’t work
You can contact us 24/7 at support@magicholdem.com. You can also contact us through our support center Before you contact us, please use our Diagnostic Tool. This tool is designed to troubleshoot any errors that can occur when you use our software, and package the information in an easy-to-email zip file that you can send us. The Diagnostic Tool can be reached from two spots: 1) Right-click on MagicHoldem icon in the system tray at the bottom right corner of your screen (near windows clock), choose "Help" from the menu, and then choose "General Diagnostics". A new zip file will be created on your desktop. Please send this file to support@magicholdem.com. 2) Use the options menu. The Calculator Options menu is located on the top border of the poker table window. Choose "Help" from the menu, and then choose "General Diagnostics". A new zip file will be created on your desktop. Please send this file to support@magicholdem.com.
I just downloaded and installed my free trial. How do I get it to work?
All you have to do is sit at a poker table as usual. The calculator will automatically attach itself to the table and start giving you advice. You can check whether your poker room is supported by MagicHoldem on our list of supported poker rooms.
