What kind of games does MagicHoldem support?
MagicHoldem supports Texas Hold’em poker games on Single table, Multiple table, Play Money, Real Money and Tournament Tables.
Note: when playing multiple tables, each poker table must be in a different window and set to default size. MagicHoldem’s menu and monitor will attach to the currently active poker table window.
Does MagicHoldem Support Multiple tables?
MagicHoldem allows you to play multiple tables, but will only give advice on the currently active table (the table which currently has the focus).
When you switch between tables, MagicHoldem’s menu and monitor will reload around the new active table.
Note: MagicHoldem does not support Multiple Table play when tables appear inside a Single window.
What poker rooms does MagicHoldem support?
MagicHoldem supports all the major poker rooms and major poker networks.

Am I entitled to my sign up bonus when signing up through MagicHoldem?
Yes, you will still receive your sign up bonus on your first deposit if you sign up to a new poker room via MagicHoldem.

How long will it take until my free license is activated?
We are constantly monitoring our users’ free license requests with our affiliated poker rooms.
Once you meet all our free license requirements your license will be activated within 24-48 hours.

How do I get my free license?
First and most importantly, you have to download a poker room you have NEVER played before via our Get Free License page, and open a NEW account using our bonus code.
Then, you have to make the minimum first deposit required by the poker room, and earn the required points where applicable.
We strongly advise you to review the conditions for the free license set by the different poker rooms on our Get Free License page.

You can contact us 24/7 by double-clicking on MagicHoldem icon in the system tray at the bottom right corner of your screen (near windows clock).
You can also contact us through our support center or by emailing support@magicholdem.com.
I just downloaded my free trial. How do I get it to work?
First you have to verify your settings in our support center, make sure you adjust your computer settings and your poker room settings.
Next, all you have to do is sit at a poker table as usual. The calculator will automatically attach itself to the table and start giving you advice.
